Yurintzi Recendiz, a native of Mexico and grew up in South Florida.  She holds a Master’s degree in Education from Troy University. She has worked as a real estate professional since 2015 and has over 22 years of cumulative experience in the Real Estate Management and Investing Sector. She is highly proficient in projects bids and negotiation, construction supervision, and management of residential dwellings. She exhibits extensive experience garnered from working with the Housing and Urban Development guidelines to provide housing to the local community.  Her experience allows for workable solutions required for efficient management, ensuring that each development meets or exceeds the financial goals of the project. Yuri is a calculated risk-taker with deep knowledge in providing analytical support for investment and strategic business decisions in real estate development. She is proficient in establishing ways to maximize property use.  As an Army Veteran, she understands the importance of healing and the importance of a safe environment during the process.
